Mijia Desk Lamp 2 - the perfect option for a desk, review, integration with Home Assistant

In this video, I share my impressions of the new smart desk lamp Mijia Desk Lamp 2 from the Xiaomi Home ecosystem.
This is not the first controllable desk lamp I have used: I still have the very first Xiaomi desk lamp, models from Tuya Smart, and regular lamps without external control. But I decided to try this model because of its design.
The main feature of the Mijia Desk Lamp 2 is its T-shaped form and long light panel that shines from top to bottom and illuminates a large area of the desk.
In the review, we will look at the package contents, assembly, design, manual controls, and different lighting modes. We will also separately measure illumination levels, connect the lamp to Xiaomi Home, go through the settings, presets, and automations, and then add it to Home Assistant through the Xiaomi Miot integration.
At the end, I will show my real usage scenario for this lamp at my workspace — above the laptop.
