Tested a solar panel from AliExpress: claimed 20W, but what’s the reality?

In this video, we test a compact solar panel from AliExpress that sellers advertise as a 10–20W solution for charging batteries and powering devices via USB.
I disassembled the kit, examined the panel and PWM controller design, checked the markings, connections, USB output, and assembled a test bench with a 12-volt LiFePO4 battery. The main question is simple: how much energy can such a panel actually deliver in real home conditions — on a balcony, under normal sunlight, and with variable cloud cover?
During the test, we measure voltage, current, power, and total energy generation over the day. At the same time, we figure out whether such a panel can be used to charge a smartphone, power bank, provide backup power for a router, camera, or emergency lighting.
Up to 20W is claimed. But what did it deliver in practice — watch the review.
