It’s the latest and smallest offering from what is now the UK’s fastest-growing car brand. Rivals include the extremely funky Renault 5 and Hyundai Inster, plus the award-winning Citroen e-C3.
Those are all very affordable electric cars, however, the Dolphin Surf is cheaper than all of them. In fact, it’s one of the cheapest new cars on sale in the UK, with prices starting from a little over £18,500!
