Tony Stark is a pretty smart dude. Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, he goes by many different names, but if I had to give him one, I’d be tinkerer. There’s seemingly nothing he loves more than constantly tinkering with his Iron Man suits day in and day out in the pursuit of perfection. In fact, his tech obsession would lead him to eventually seek out help in making his armor, something we never see Tony Stark do. He typically gets things done on his own, which is why it was surprising to learn in The Wakanda Files that he seeked assistance from the most advanced country in the MCU world to create the perfect Iron Man armor. Even Tony Stark needs a little help from his friends sometimes and that’s exactly what T’Challa, the King of Wakanda, gave him.

Tony didn’t just use the nanotech from Wakanda for individual pursuits, he also used it to create a suit for our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. The Iron Spider armor, that we first caught a glimpse of at the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming, was created with nano technology for Peter Parker. It gave us more insight on Tony Stark’s transition from a selfish person to a selfless person.
