Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was a controversial film to say the least. There are fans who consider it to be a masterpiece, while others feel that Zack Snyder’s dark and gritty vision was the wrong direction for the DC Extended Universe. While fans are waiting to watch the Snyder Cut of Justice League, we at CBR want to go back to 2016, and completely re-imagine Batman v Superman. Back in the 90’s, fans got to watch an epic crossover between Batman and Superman, in the World's Finest animated movie.

Well, what if Batman v Superman was a bit more like that, an epic scale adventure movie, where the two biggest heroes in the world team up and work together to save the day.
This video will suggest a version like this. We won’t be criticizing or hating on Zack Snyder’s version, this is not our intention. Instead we will offer a completely different take on what Batman v Superman could have been. This version will take inspirations from stories like World's Finest, All-Star Superman and Public Enemies.

What happens when the most powerful being on Earth has an identity crisis and is unsure about his own humanity? What happens when hope is threatened by cynicism and negativity? What happens when a Dark Knight loses his hope, and struggles with his one rule? Well it’s time to find out what this Batman and Superman team up could have been. Strep in, cause this is going to be pretty fun.
