With The Legend of Korra now on Netflix, we thought it best to do a complete recap of the entire Korra series! Today’s video is a breakdown of Legend of Korra season two with a quick overview of all the important plot points and story details. It’s not a secret that the second season of Korra is generally less well-reviewed than other Korra seasons, but why is that?

Season Two is labeled Spirits and it follows Korra and she tries to gain a deeper connection with her spiritual side and the spirit world. The driving force of this season is her battle with Unalaq, a water tribe chief who wants to use a phenomenon known as Harmonic Convergence to merge with an evil spirit to become the Dark Avatar. Pretty scary stuff! It also includes Mako becoming a police officer, the introduction of eccentric industrialist Varrick and a detour into the past for a look at Avatar Wan, the world’s first Avatar. Oh and Uncle Iroh comes back! How could we forget that?
