Everyone knows and loves the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man but there are a lot more out there than just our humble Peter Parker! Now that the multiverse is a thing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s possible we could get to see more web slingers sooner rather than later. There are so many great Spider-man characters to choose from, and even Doctor Octopus has taken on the role in the comic books! There’s also Ben Reilly the Scarlet Spider who may be a clone but is still different enough to be interesting! Of course, we all know and love characters like Gwen Stacy and Miles Morales, the latter of whom was even hinted at during “Homecoming.” Will MJ take on the role of Spinneret like Mary Jane Watson did in the comics? If the show “WandaVision” intersects with the famous House of M storyline, it’s possible this could introduce a new version of the character into the MCU, although not on the main timeline. Or if we’re going big it’s possible we could get to see the cosmic Captain Universe.
