Now that Disney+ has cemented itself as the new head honcho of the streaming platforms, the repercussions are massive, with many fan favourites now given so much more opportunity to expand on characters like Wanda Maximoff of the Marvel cinematic Universe, who is one of the main characters of the forthcoming show WandaVision. While details are scarce as of yet, some information about the show was released during the Comic Con experience 2019 convention in San Paulo, Brazil and at Disney’s yearly fan expo, D23. What can fans expect? Well suffice to say, a whole bunch of alternative universes and weirdness all wrapped up in a “sitcom” esque show. I wonder if that will mean MCU style action paired along with canned studio laughter?
