The Simpsons have been on TV for as long as we can remember. In fact, the show might even be older than you! With a show as old as time itself, there’s bound to be some times where The Simpsons took things just a little too far. Well, now that we think about it, there are too many of these moments to count, but we rounded up the best of the best to share with you, so let’s get into it.

The Simpsons and Futurama crossover episode sounded really good on paper, but it was far from great. It wasn’t awful, but it really confused audiences because it’s a canon episode. So that means Futurama and The Simpsons are in the same universe. How does that work? Well, at least it’s not as bad as the episode where Lisa got addicted to second-hand smoke. Yes, that actually happened. You know what else happened? Homer getting assaulted by a panda. He wasn’t physically assaulted, though, he was...you get the picture. One episode even talked about how Grandpa Simpson was thinking of ending it all, which is pretty dark for a show like The Simpsons, even though they like to push the envelope every once in a while.

We’ll get into many more risque moments than just those so enjoy the video, let us know if we forgot any crazy moments in the comments section below and don’t forget to subscribe to CBR for more great content.
