The kids of Dragon Ball might not have as big of a role as they once had, but they’re still an important part of the franchise. Goku and Krillin started out as kids in Dragon Ball, standing as two of the biggest characters for the remainder of the franchise and all of the half-Saiyans in Dragon Ball Z eventually played significant roles in each of the Sagas. Because the kids of Dragon Ball are such a significant part of the franchise, we decided to take a closer look at these young characters, specifically all the things they have in common.
When you take a look at all the children characters in Dragon Ball, you’ll find that they all coincidentally follow the same rules. Well, not all of them follow the same rules, but you get the idea that they share quite a bit of interesting similarities. Everything from every warrior kid having a master to the weird aging process that they all go through, there’s no shortage of “rules” that all the kids follow. Some other examples include all kids being hybrids and most kids having names similar to their parents, as well as all second-born Saiyans looking exactly like one of their parents.
In this video, we’ll look at all the strange coincidences you never noticed about the young characters of Dragon Ball. Let us know what you think down in the comments and don’t forget to subscribe to CBR for more Dragon Ball videos!
