Everyone knows that, before the MCU, there were Marvel comics, but sometimes characters who make their way onto the big screen undergo some major changes. Helmut Zemo was the villain from Captain America: Civil War but he’s almost unrecognizable from Baron Zemo from the comic books. We’ll talk about the strange and unsettling history about his comic book counterpart and the legacy of his father, Heinrich Zemo. It might surprise you to know that Helmut was once a member of a superhero team known as the Thunderbolts. Could Zemo return to the MCU sooner than many people thought?
