It’s no secret that getting interesting, powerful and consistent female characters in Marvel movies hasn’t been easy. Even Black Widow is just now getting her own standalone movie and we finally had a female villain after all this time, but today, we’re going to be talking about one of the most awesome Marvel comic book characters you’ve never seen on the big screen. Sure, there’s a character called Mantis in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Avengers: Infinity War, but this unconfident woman who more often than not is simply a way for Drax the Destroyer to make jokes is nothing like the amazing former Avenger from the comic books.
