At the end of Avengers: Infinity War, one thing became abundantly clear: Thanos needs to be defeated. But the roster of available heroes in the MCU is smaller than ever, so who’ll be the one to take him down? The relationship between Bruce Banner and The Incredible Hulk has always been complicated and is more fraught with tension than ever before.

We believe Hulk has an enormous part to play in Avengers 4 and we’ll let you know why this is one of our favorite theories at the moment. After all, we know it takes massive strength to utilize the Infinity Stones and we’ve seen Hulk survive some catastrophic events in the past.
