Heroes can’t be perfect. Sure, they may have extra cool powers that make them super strong, invincible, telekinetic, heck some can even control time, but they all have their weak points. Whether it’s Kryptonite or mentioning your dead parents (sorry Batman), every hero has a weakness they struggle with and Tony Stark has several of them.

You can’t be that cool, smart and powerful without having a few hangups. Tony Stark is one of the only Avenger members who doesn’t naturally have powers, which is, of course, where the suit comes in. Captain America makes spiteful jokes about Stark’s lack of abilities from time to time, but not actually being made of iron armor isn’t his only weakness. Throughout the movies and comics, Stark struggles with many faults that really have nothing to do with actual superpowers, but with him as a person! Of course, Stark still has some weaknesses, but he has overcome a good amount of them.
