When it comes to Batman villains, the Joker is undoubtedly the most popular. He has a completely deserved reputation for being absolutely insane, but this doesn’t mean he’s always the bad guy. There have been some pretty surprising moments over the years which showed he’s actually capable of being chill, even if we wouldn’t quite call him good.
Sure, he did a lot of evil things in The Dark Knight, but if you think about his relationship with Harvey Dent, there’s a lot more than meets the eye. We’ll also talk about how Batman vs. Superman further explored the complicated relationship shared between Batman and his nemesis, the Joker. We’ll also talk about “The Killing Joke,” which explains the Joker’s tragic origin story. Do you think the Joker is a redeemable character or is he way too far gone? Tell us what you think in the comments section and then click subscribe for more from CBR!
