MCU Alternate Timeline: Ultron Is A Hero

What if Ultron was a hero? Just imagine how the MCU would shift if that happened. If Ultron wouldn’t go all Skynet on the Avengers and instead be a success, the very thing that Iron Man envisioned. A planetary security guard who protects the world from aliens.

But if Ultron is good, that means that everything that happened in Age of Ultron will change. Sokovia won’t be destroyed, meaning no Sokovia Accords. The Avengers will never clash with each other, so no Civil War. And that means that the heroes will be united when Thanos shows up to collect the Infinity Stones.

But what about Vision? What will happen with Wanda and Pietro Maximoff? Will Spider-Man, Black Panther and others still join the Avengers if they never get involved in Civil War? And what about Ultron? He will protect the world, by using the Iron Legion. A suit of armor around the world, but what does that actually mean? Will the world really be safer if Ultron creates millions of copies of himself that will patrol the whole planet? How will heroes like Captain America react to this new reality?

And of course, how will this shift the events of Infinity War and Endgame. Nothing will stop Thanos from going after the Infinity Stones. For Thanos the stones are like food for Baby Yoda, he must have them. But with Ultron around, will the Mad Titan still be able to snap his fingers? Well, only one way to find out.
