10 Times MCU Characters Went Too Far

There’s often a line that just shouldn’t be crossed. But unfortunately, when you live in the MCU, sometimes it’s impossible to not overstep. It doesn’t matter if you’re a hero or a villain in the MCU, there is always a moment when you reach the point of no return and do something you probably shouldn’t have.

Like what do you think counts as “Too Far” in the MCU? The most recent example that comes to mind is Spider-Man turning to Doctor Strange to erase everyone’s memory of him in No Way Home. Not only does Peter forget to turn to his closest friends and family for advice, but he also doesn’t think through all the implications and it leads to the entire crazy plot of No Way Home. Plus the fact that he could’ve just called MIT to figure out the MJ and Ned situation makes it all the more reckless. Of course that’s not the only example. You have the moment where Sylvie gives in and eliminates He Who Remains against Loki’s wishes. You have Yelena pursuing a foolish vendetta against Clint, and then you have Tony Stark who went so far down the emotional rabbit hole that he tore the Avengers apart by fighting his friend Captain America. All of these moments just went way too far.
