25 Characters You Didn't Know Were In The Sinister Six

There’s a good chance that, if you were stopped on the street and asked at any random point, you could name a good handful of superhero teams. The Avengers, the X-Men, The Fantastic Four, the Justice League, so on and so forth. But given the inherently selfish nature of supervillains and their tendency to backstab each other, there are only so many supervillain teams with enough longevity to really manage to lodge themselves firmly in the audience’s minds.

But as with any rule, there are always exceptions. And one of the biggest exceptions to this rule would be ol’ webheads Sinister Six - a collection of his most famous and deadly foes throughout his decades long superhero career.

Or is it?

With comic books being the way they are, the big boys aren’t always available for a little get-together when the team calls for it, and sometimes there are simply other, more opportunistic villains who are eager to leap at the chance to join a team with such clout, or snatch the name for themselves. And sometimes, there’s a bit of forceful drafting or insertion going on.

So in this video, we’re taking a dip in the pool of superpowered baddies that have, at one point or another, been a member of some variation of the Sinister Six - no matter how long they actually lasted on such a high profile team, for what purpose they joined in the first place, or how big of a threat they actually managed to be.
