Celestials are such an important part of the Marvel universe, but it’s hard to say they’re good for it overall. They are these all powerful beings who have the power to make and destroy entire races and species and usually that gets them into trouble in some way or another. With that in mind, I thought it would be fun to look at some of the worst things Celestials have ever done in the past, whether on accident or on purpose, and put them all together on one list. Yeah when you list them all out like this, I think you’ll agree that Celestials are a major threat to the entire cosmos!
Included on today’s list are the creation of species like the Deviants and the Exterminators, Celesitals from Alternate Earths who took on Galactus, evil things like The Black Vortex and the Death Seed, a lot of stuff like that! There will also be a breakdown of the Celestials in the MCU and what we’ve seen of them so far. Yes, since Ego the Living Planet is now a celestial in the MCU, that makes his actions some of the worst you can imagine and remember that time it was revealed Earth was just a giant egg that housed a Celestial inside it? Wild times.
