This No-Bake Tiramisu Cake is simple, delicious, and ready in just 30 minutes! It tastes just like the classic tiramisu, but with a twist – I used sour cream instead of the traditional mascarpone and replaced the ladyfingers with regular biscuits. If you're serving it to kids, just swap the coffee for cocoa powder. With easy, everyday ingredients, this dessert is perfect for any occasion!

Instant coffee: 2 tbsp
Hot water: 150 ml
