250 g all-purpose flour
150 g whole wheat flour
60 g sugar / sugar substitute (if you want sweet scones - add more)
15 g of baking powder
2 g of salt
100 g cold butter
240 g buttermilk
1 pear / you can use other fruits and berries
100 g raspberries
1 egg + 25ml milk for glaze
+ 25-30 g flour for dusting the countertop and knife / spatula
