Homemade Pringles Potato Chips. CRISPY Instant Easy Recipe. Pringles Chips at Home Recipe
- In today's issue I want to show a very interesting, unusual and delicious recipe: "How to make Pringles chips with your own hands at home."
We will need:
1. Two medium-sized potatoes.
2. One egg.
3. Flour (about 2 cups).
4. 50 gr. butter.
5. Vegetable oil.
6. Salt.
Boil the potatoes, as in mashed potatoes.
Drain all the water, pour it into a puree, adding butter, mushroom seasoning and spices (except paprika, we sprinkle it with ready-made chips at the end). At the same time, dilute a little yeast with warm water and leave for 5 minutes.
We take oat flakes (without sugar!!)
In a blender and grind them into flour
Add oatmeal, egg, yeast and wheat flour to the cooled puree. We knead not too steep dough, it should even stick to your hands a little. Leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Put baking paper on the table, grease with vegetable oil and take a piece of our dough and sprinkle a little flour on top
We knead the dough a little on paper, cover it with cling film and roll it out into a thin layer with a rolling pin.
We remove the film and make circles with a glass)
In a deep frying pan over high heat, we heat sunflower oil (pour it without stint, as for deep frying) and fry our circles! They fry very quickly, literally for 10-15 seconds on each side. The main thing is not to overcook, otherwise the taste is lost.
Those who want to get a completely dietary version of Pringles can send the circles directly to the oven on baking paper (this is exactly what I did with the first batch of my chips) and brown them until they crunch there. It also comes out very tasty. But deep-frying, of course, is still tastier)))
When the chips are ready, sprinkle with paprika.
Bon appetit)
