In our exclusive sneak peek promo from The Walking Dead Season 9, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) seems pretty confident that he won't be caged for long, despite Rick's (Andrew Lincoln) attempts to build a better world by defeating the Saviors and uniting Alexandria, Hilltop, Oceanside, the Sanctuary, and - as eagle-eyed viewers might notice - perhaps even the Commonwealth. The Walking Dead Season 9 premieres with Rick Grimes' final episodes beginning October 7 on AMC in the US and October 8 on FOX in the UK.
