Real Time Strategies (RTS) require high APM, concentration and skill from the player. When the game is running on a PC, the gamer uses many buttons on the keyboard to control his squads, as well as a mouse to control the camera. But the developer of an RTS smartphone game needs to get creative, as the player usually only has a touchscreen to interact with the game. Some are working to adapt PC controls by changing the interface and control buttons. Others create projects from scratch, completely redoing the gameplay for the touch screen.
