A relaxing ear acupuncture session for your ASMR and sleep. Nice and simple using ear seeds, no needles involved here. First I explain how ear acupuncture/auricular therapy works and which points we will be concentrating on. As I place the ear seeds on your ears I will explain what pressure on each point means for your wellbeing.
