Mia gets frustrated trying to build a tower of blocks that keeps falling down, and doesn't want to play anymore. However, Mummy teaches her a way of calming down. All she needs to do is take a breath, count to five, and breath out. Mia tries it, and it works - she has great fun copying Mummy and calming down, before then returning to her tower and being able to finish it.
