When One Direction went on hiatus, Liam Payne considered taking a break from the stage and studio, concentrating instead on songwriting and producing others. That didn’t happen. His first solo track, “Strip That Down” featuring Quavo from Migos, proves he’s got plenty of pop left to give us. He told Billboard magazine that his 1D work afforded him so many opportunities, he couldn’t pass them by. “Strip That Down” was co-written by Ed Sheeran. Liam is working on more tracks now. Our exclusive interview finds Liam weighing in on his upcoming music.
