Wale just dropped the full version of “Good to Great” featuring Phil Ade, a new song that he debuted at the Genius x Original Penguin “Night of Legend” party last week. It’s produced by JujuInPerson and finds Wale reminiscing on his partying habits and romantic encounters. “How this song came together was just a lot of nights out after 'Summer On Sunset' mixtape,” Wale tells Genius, referencing his 2016 project. “It just feels like the end of the club and it’s about to go down. Nights like that are dope to me because being able to share memories and document them through music is dope.”
