The Style Council were an English band formed by Paul Weller, leading singer and guitarist of The Jam, and keyboardist Mick Talbot who was a former member of Dexy's Midnight Runners. In the line-up also drummer Steve White and Paul Weller's then-wife Dee C. Lee were featured.
'My Ever Changing Moods was the 5th single by the group and the first single to enter the Dutch Top 40 on 14 April 1984. The single reached # 30 in the top 40 and #5 in the UK charts. This was also the bands first Toppop appearance. It was recorded and broadcast on 22 March 1984.

World famous music artists performed on TopPop: ABBA, 10CC, Bee Gees, The Jacksons, David Bowie, Earth & Fire, Boney M, Smokie, KC & The Sunshine Band, Chic, Donna Summer, Rod Stewart, and many many more.
