In the newest episode of For The Record, revisit Led Zeppelin's classic, untitled 1971 album, commonly known as 'Led Zeppelin IV,' in which the quartet reached new peaks with a massive wallop of sound. Released on Nov. 8, 1971, the album features the iconic "Stairway To Heaven," but its other seven tracks reign as stone-cold classics as well, from the mandolin-driven "The Battle of Evermore" to the hypnotic blues of "When the Levee Breaks." Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2021, 'Led Zeppelin IV' was inducted into the GRAMMY Hall Of Fame in 1999. The influential album remains a cornerstone of hard rock.
