Lizzo blessed the audience with an energetic medley of "Cuz I Love You" and "Truth Hurts," which included a jam session on her iconic Sasha Flute. "Truth Hurts" won Lizzo the golden gramophone for Best Pop Solo Performance, with 'Cuz I Love You' also earning Best Urban Contemporary Album and album cut "Jerome" taking home Best Traditional R&B Performance.
