Akylas Mytilinaios — Greece's Eurovision 2026 singer — understands what it's like to be on the outside. Speaking on our London Eurovision Party livestream, he explained how the "Ferto" lyrics discuss overconsumption, consumerism, and the gap between the haves and have nots. A former cruise ship employee and waiter, he has seen inequality in action. In an emotional moment, he talks about his mother who moved abroad to The Netherlands to help pay off her debts.
