doppelfinger presents an immersive music video for his newest single "footsteps" - he is being chased by the corporate dream. Paranoia drives the protagonist through the scenes; he loses his composure, then regains it, fights his emotions and eventually gives in. Blood drips onto the camera. "footsteps" is an indie-folk-track where acoustic guitar meets a beautiful string arrangement, it showcases the dynamic emotions of a person caught in between longing and fear. The music, starring doppelfinger himself, captivates this friction. It was created in collaboration with Viennese director Clemens Niel.
