On February 18 Sweden's SVT and the EBU confirmed a new voting system for Eurovision 2016. The voting change will see the spokespeople present their country's jury points first. Then, after that is done, the host will reveal the combined, overall televote points from around Europe. This means we will not know the winner of Eurovision 2016 until the very final moment, a move meant to create more drama.
