No matter where you go, somewhere across the globe it's summer. And if it's not where you are at the moment, then it's time to create your own bit of warmth. With that in mind, Roger Shah started his Balearic mission. He captured summer onto his Magic Island label, on which the best Balearic beats and sunny sounds reign supreme.

While the first volume of Shah's 'Magic Island - Music for Balearic People' was released in the middle of European winter, the second Volume comes out in the comfortable setting of midsummer. With midsummer sounds and relaxing beats, 'Magic Island - Music for Balearic People Volume 2' is the unhurried mix album with tracks by Fast Distance, Judge Jules, Pedro del Mar, Tenishia and of course Roger Shah himself. The perfect album for sunrise, restful afternoons, leisurely evenings and atmospheric club-nights.

Working on several collaborations and under various aliases, plus travelling the globe to play out, has seen Roger Shah experiencing a heavy, busy year. Over the past years, he's grown out as one of the major players in the Balearic trance scene, with tracks like 'White Sand', 'Who Will Find Me', 'Lost', 'Going Wrong' and albums 'Songbook', 'Sunny Tales' and 'Another Day At The Terrace'. Whatever leaves the studio of this German producer, sounds to have been kissed by the sun itself.

'Magic Island - Music For Balearic People Volume 2', mixed by Roger Shah, takes you to a sun-drenched, warm place. No matter where you are.
