OGAE Germany had their annual convention on 26 January 2013 in Munich, Germany and members of the Team of Radio International were also present to interview the artists and enjoy the performances of Eurovision veteran Sandra Reemer (Netherlands 1972, 1976, 1979 & 1983), Friderika Bayer (Hungary 1994) and Tom Dice who represented Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo. Tom successfully qualified his country for the Grand Final of that Eurovision Song Contest as he won his Semi Final. Then he achieved a remarkable 6th place in the Grand Final with the song "Me and my guitar". Tom Dice was one of the three star guests of the event in Munich.
