ZimaBoard 2 - Intell N150 miniPC with PCIe, installing Proxmox 9.1 and Home Assistant OS on RAID

In this video we review ZimaBoard 2 — a miniPC that can be used to create a media server, NAS, and for smart home systems. We’ll take a look at the device, go through the package contents, connect cooling, and examine the main features of the board:
• energy-efficient Intel Alder Lake-N processor (N150)
• passive cooling capability
• PCIe slot for expansion
• two SATA ports for connecting drives
We will review the default Zima OS system, then install Proxmox (creating a RAID1 from two disks) and deploy Home Assistant OS in a virtual machine. I’ll show the entire process — from system startup to the first login into the Home Assistant interface and device discovery on the network.
