How happy was I when I heard that Disney acquired the rights to use Spider-Man in the MCU! That dream almost got shattered when trouble started between Sony and Disney, threatening the very presence of Tom Holland as Spider-Man in the MCU. Luckily for everyone, the two production companies reached an agreement and signed a new deal.

As Sony is going forward with creating their own Sonyverse with the Marvel properties they own, there’s a rumor going around that Tom Holland has been spotted at one of the Venom: Let There Be Carnage shooting locations. Does that mean that our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man will finally get to fight the one and only Carnage? What does this all mean for the future of the MCU?

In this video, I will point at elements that hints Spider-Man is slowly being introduced into the Sonyverse. I will look for these hints in Venom, the latest Morbius trailer, and both Spider-Man films featuring Tom Holland.
