The Legend of Korra is finally here! After Netflix released Avatar: The Last Airbender earlier this year, fans were delighted to revisit Avatar Aang on his quest to stop the Fire Lord. But after everyone binged it relatively quickly, they noticed that the show’s sequel series, The Legend of Korra was nowhere to be found! Thankfully that’s changed now and with the release of the show, it’s time to revisit everyone and everything about Legend of Korra season one!

This video is a full on recap, detailing all the big events that happen during season one of Korra. It will talk about Korra’s introduction, Mako and Bolin, Team Avatar 2.0, pro-bending fighting, the awesome metal-bending Lin Beifong and of course, Korra’s war with the Equalists and the anti-bender movement! Korra was a very different protagonist than Aang, but her personality and style was a refreshing change of pace. The Republic City setting is a wonder to behold and the way the show builds out the Avatar world in a more modern age is really impressive!
