Spider-Man holds a special place in all of our hearts. Who are we kidding? He also holds a special place in our lungs, our kidneys and our big toes. We love Spider-Man, so that’s why it was such a relief seeing Sony and Marvel work out a deal that finally brought Spider-Man into the MCU and the results have been fantastic. Watching him grow and change from his first appearance in Captain America: Civil War to his heartbreaking goodbye to his mentor in Avengers: Endgame, Spider-Man is one of the characters who has undergone some of the most extreme character development in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

We got to see him desperately try to become an Avenger, only to turn it down when it was finally offered to him, find a really mentor/mentee, father/son dynamic with Tony Stark and also got to fight Michael Keaton in a bird outfit, so yes, a lot has happened to Peter in his time in the MCU.

Today’s video is all about Spider-Man. It details his very first appearance in the MCU, and it’s actually much earlier than a lot of you actually suspect, and continues to track his storyline and character arc in all of his appearances.
