By the end of Avengers: Infinity War, it was hard to see any hope for the future and not just because we were crying so much! It’s hard to imagine any of the havoc unleashed upon the universe could be a good thing, but don’t count our heroes out just yet. It’s possible that some of the greatest sacrifices could be the key to saving the day.

Despite claiming he would never do so, Doctor Strange handed Thanos the Time Stone in order to save Tony Stark and Vision forged a connection with the Mind Stone before sacrificing himself to destroy it. One thing about the Infinity Stones we frequently forget is that they have minds of their own. During Infinity War, we even saw villains like Loki acting heroically and we think this may have something to do with the resolution of Avengers 4.
