Холодный борщ, Свекольник! Холодненький , легкий и очень вкусный!

Сегодня приготовим холодный борщ. Это идеальное первое блюдо в жаркий летний день. Холодненький, лёгкий и очень вкусный!

Ингредиенты:
Свекла (молодая, не крупная) - 4-5 шт.
Куриное филе - 400-500 г
Огурцы свежие - 3 шт.
Зелень (укроп, зелёный лук) - по вкусу
Уксус 9% - 1-2 ст.л.
Приправа для курицы - 1 ч.л.
Соль - по вкусу
Вода - 3 л

Today we will cook cold borscht. This is the perfect first course on a hot summer day. Cold, light and very tasty!

Ingredients:
Beetroot (young, not large) - 4-5 pcs.
Chicken fillet - 400-500 g
Fresh cucumbers - 3 pcs.
Greens (dill, green onions) - to taste
Vinegar 9% - 1-2 tbsp. l
. Seasoning for chicken - 1 tsp
. Salt - to taste
Water - 3 liters

Preparation:
Grate the beetroot on a coarse grater.
Transfer to a saucepan and cover with water.
Put the pan on the stove and bring to a boil, add salt to taste and cook for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add the vinegar and let it boil for just 1 minute.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into arbitrary pieces.
Add salt to taste and add seasoning for chicken or any other to your taste.
Fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan until tender.
Cucumbers cut into cubes.
Finely chop the fresh herbs.
Cut the fried fillet into smaller pieces.
Cool the vegetable broth and add cucumbers, herbs and chicken. Mix it up.
Cold borscht is ready, it remains only to pour it on plates, add sour cream and you can serve it to the table! Enjoy your meal!
