INGREDIENTS for loafpan 23x10x7cm
▪️ 3 pears
for the syrup:
▪️ 650ml of water
▪️ 125g sugar
▪️ juice of 1/2 lemon
▪️ 5 buds of cloves
▪️ you may add lavender, lemon orange peel or extract of your choice
for the batter:
▪️ 125g yogurt
▪️ 2 eggs / room temperature
▪️ 55g melted butter + 10 g for loafpan
▪️ 80g sugar or sweetener
▪️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ zest of 1 orange
▪️ a pinch of salt
▪️ 175g all-purpose flour
▪️ 20g cocoa powder + 10g for loafpan
▪️ 7g baking powder
▪️ 60g chocolate chips
for decoration:
▪️ melted chocolate
▪️ chopped walnuts
BAKE 45-55 minutes at 180ºC / 355ºF
