No-Bake Chocolate Banana Cake 🍫🍌

This rich and creamy chocolate banana dessert is made with simple ingredients and absolutely no flour or baking needed!

Ingredients

Chocolate Filling:

* 4 bananas
* 1¼ cups milk (300 ml)
* 2 tbsp cocoa powder (35 g)
* 2 tbsp cornstarch (50 g)

Crust:

* 1 cup chocolate cookies (100 g)
* ¼ cup melted butter (60 g)

Directions

1. Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter.
2. Press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
3. Blend bananas, milk, cocoa powder, and cornstarch until smooth.
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and creamy.
