Matt's Off Road Recovery

We got a call for a CF moto side by side that had a broken A-arm. Unfortunately, the Jeep still had a broken U joint! We found the C.f. Moto, and after a little struggle got it loaded.

We got a call for a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque that was high centered on a small sand hill in Warner Valley. It was late, the wind was blowing really hard, and it was quite a ways from the shop.

So we had a clunk coming from the front end of my Jeep! We thought it was the track bar, and in the middle of changing that, Shane noticed this big crack in the upper y mount on the front axle.

We got a visit from Mad Matt 4wd from Australia! Mad Matt and I have been discussing kinetic energy recoveries over the Internet, and he was finally able to come and test the kinetic energy rope.

We got a call for a Polaris RZR that was at the clutch (also known as the chute), at the top of double sammy, at sand hollow.

We got a call for a Toyota Tacoma 4x4 TRD off-road, that was stuck on a super steep sand hill, and hung up on his rear hitch. We found the guy and took him up there, then found the truck.

We got a call for a Ford F-150 stuck in the mud in the middle of nowhere Nevada. The road was good both directions except for that one spot! It was 2wd, and they ruined the tire trying to get unstuck.

I finally got around to changing the oil and replacing the track bar on the Jeep.

We got a call from big Mike, saying the paint booth was ready for the Bombardier snow machine. They sand and paint it, and turn it Winder yellow! A little update on the landscaping.

We got a call for a Ford F-350 towing a 30-foot RV, they got stuck at one of the free campsites off sheep's bridge road.

We got a call for an Audi Allroad, that was broken at white trailhead on Gooseberry Mesa. A cv joint exploded, and since it is all wheel drive, it sends all the power to the broken cv, and won't go.

So we got a call for a Can-Am side by side, it had ripped the front right wheel off. They were way out in the middle of the Arizona strip desert.

We got a call for a Ram 1500 towing a large camper. He had parked and disconnected and used his truck, then hooked back up, he hadn't even tried to pull the camper out of the sand.

We got a call for a Ford F150 FX4 towing a small coachman clipper camp trailer, that had got stuck on the beach.

We got a call for a Nissan Frontier Pro 4X, towing a black series camper trailer, stuck in the mud on Sheep's Bridge Road.

We got a call for a Toyota Tacoma TRD stuck in the mud, in a super soft field. We were able to get out to him easy enough and get him pulled forward, but then we drove into a soft spot ourselves!

We got a call for a Subaru Forester off of Sheep's Bridge Road. They camped the night before and then it poured all night long.

We got a call for an RV, a Ford Transit rental motorhome, that was stuck on Smith Mesa.

We got a call for a Ford E350 stuck in the mud off Sheep's Bridge Road.

We got a call for a Toyota Tacoma stuck on the Arizona strip south of Colorado City Arizona.

We got a call for an Escape Santa Cruz camper van (Ford transit connect) that was high centered in the mud, on sheep’s bridge road.

We got a call for Chevy Silverado stuck in the mud off the Kolob Terrace Road. We’ve had a few days of rain, and the mud has turned super gooey, slimy and slick.

So we got a call for a Cruise America RV, a Ford E350, they got stuck at Sand Hollow trying to turn around. Matt was almost able to drive it out, but not quite.

We got a call for a Polaris RZR that was broken down at the dunes and stuck. We drove out in the banana, then used a 3/4 inch yankum rope instead of the 7/8 and it works much better for the RZR.

We got a call for a 2011 Ford F350 Super Duty that had a broken oil pan, up on the Cedar Pocket overlook, above the Virgin River gorge.

We were planning to do some maintenance on the Jeep, an oil change and change out the rear driveshaft, but the second we pulled the Jeep in the shop, We Got A Call!

We got a call to recover a couple of mountain bikers from the Smithsonian Butte road, they were out riding Wire Mesa trail, and it started raining.

We got a call for a Can Am side by side that over jumped a dune, at sand hollow. It bent the lower a arm, and broke the upper ball joint.

We got a call for a side by side that broke it's front wheel off, oops next video! So we got another call, on our way to the first one, for a GMC Sierra Duramax, towing a Sundance trailer.

We got a call for a stuck Toyota Tundra. The owner had called another tow company, but they were unable to get to the Toyota Tundra.
