Matt's Off Road Recovery

So we got a call for a 2011 Chevy Silverado 4x4 stuck in the snow up on Kolob Terrace Road. Zion dispatch told us it was in deep snow and we needed the snow cat. It's a Bombardier Bombi (we think).

So we got a call for a Ford Escape stuck in a dune, right off the road at Sand Hollow. Super easy pull back onto the road.

So we got a call for a Polaris RZR that wouldn't start, on the back side of the dunes. We understood it would roll on it's own tires, so we left the trailer, and decided to flat tow.

We got a call for a Prius trapped on the Grafton Mesa road on Gooseberry Mesa. The owner had been camping for 3 days, and when she went to leave got confused and went north instead of south.

We go trail riding with the Yankum Ropes crew, no recovery, other than an XJ towing a Rubicon through the trail. Good visual comparison of stock verses modified.

So we got a call for a Ford F-250 4x4 with his front tire in a ditch. He wasn't sure the cherokee was going to be big enough. It wound up being the easiest pull we've done.

We remodeled the office! We show a little of the remodel job, good work by the tow guys playing carpenter! We got a call for a Ford Expedition Max stuck in the mud by Washington Dam.

We got a call for a Chevy Duramax with a large camper, stuck in the mud on the way to the white trail on Gooseberry Mesa.

We got a call for another Can Am Maverick X3, at Sand Hollow, that had a broken wheel. He jumped too fast over a dune! Tim got some incredible drone footage on the way out and back!

We got a call for a Maserati Lavante stuck in the snow at the hop valley trailhead, it was their 2nd vehicle at the end of their hike, we were able to get it out for them before they got done with

We got a call for a Toyota Sienna on top of Crybaby Hill on Gooseberry Mesa. They weren’t stuck, but were trapped.

We got a call for a Chevy Tahoe stuck in the snow up at Zion Ponderosa. They had been there 4.5 hours and were tired of being stuck. They finally found our contact info and called for a recovery.

We got a call for an RV stuck in the snow on East Zion. Vacationers in a rented Cruise America Ford E350, looking for a campground.

We got a call for a Christmas day rescue, a rental Ford E350 trying to go camping on Smith's Mesa. Weather conditions made the road to slick for the vehicle.

We got a call for a Jeep Wrangler Willys stuck in the snow at wildcat canyon trailhead on the Kolob Terrace portion of Zion National park.

We got a call..... from 6 people stuck at under canvas, Thanksgiving morning! We headed up Kolob Mountain into the snow and pulled them up to the pavement.

Zion national park draws over 4 million visitors per year. Many of these visitors take advantage of the free camping on BLM land adjacent to the park.

The first job was a Toyota Tacoma that was stuck near Enterprise Reservoir. It was almost a 2 hour drive to get to where they were.

We got a call from the Washington County sheriffs dispatch for two vehicles that were stuck on the Lava point road. We were able to get them both pulled out to safety without too much difficulty.

I finally get my codes read to see why my check engine light is on. It was just as we suspected, there was a small leak in the EVAP system, more than likely caused by a faulty gas cap.

We got a call for a truck that got stuck on a frontage road. The customer said they were following the GPS and then it got to the point where they were unable to turn around.

We received a call for a Ford Fiesta that was stuck in the snow on the lava point Road. Lava point Road is on Kolob mountain, and leads to a portion of Zion national park.

We got a call for a Toyota Yaris that had become stuck in our first snowfall of the season. The vehicle was stuck on the lava point Road, on Kolob mountain.

We got a call for a Chevy 2500 with a slide in camper, that was stuck in the mud on the Smithsonian Butte Road near the Gooseberry Mesa turn off. It is been about 155 days since our last rainstorm.
