Happy Sad is the second single from the NYC/Berlin wobbly art pop band EKP. The vocal harmonies once again have a sweet-feeling rub as the song bobs and weaves toward an Autumnal conclusion.
The VHS music vid is shot in Chinatown NYC and takes place first in now-gone iconic Lower East Side gallery, Bible. The band then goes to Doyers Street.
This is the first single for a forthcoming EP where Happy Sad is coupled with a raw cover of the psych folk classic She’s an Easy Rider by Tucker Zimmerman -- a must listen!!!
A cassingle is coming out from Paris Tapes on May 28.
