The inside of the rugged Volvo V40 Cross Country feels like a posh place to sit, however this beefed up hatchback should have all the practical needs of a 4x4 rivals such as the Skoda Octavia Scout, Seat Leon X-Perience or Volkswagen Golf Alltrack.
