Production of the iconic fourth-generation Toyota Supra ended in 2002, so there was a long wait for the fifth-generation model, which arrived in 2019 after much hype and numerous teasers. Toyota collaborated with BMW to make it, borrowing the German brand's 3.0-litre straight-six engine, as well as numerous other parts - some of which are visible throughout the interior. The new Supra goes up against some accomplished rivals, such as the Alpine A110 and Porsche 718 Cayman, but is it any good and is it too much like a BMW? Batch finds out.
