Fixing Noisy Power Steering On Your Car. Noisy Power Steering and Heavy Steering Wheel Problem? This video is a how to/product review on how to fix a noisy power steering pump. Out of nowhere my power steering pump got really loud and I thought I was low on fluid. In reality, my fluid is just really old and I need to flush it but in the meantime I used a power steering additive to stop the whine and shudder of the power steering pump.
